Personalization Request

Thank you for your interest in LOVEKimmy Catalog. When contacting me about a personalization request, please be as detailed as possible.

• If you are doing a pre-order request, please name item, color, size, etc.
• If you are doing a post order request, please include order number.

Please also include all contact information including the best time to reach you. If I am having or foresee any challenges with your request for any reason, I will contact you right away.  If you have already ordered and I cannot contact you, or  you have not responded within a week, I will have to refund your money.  So, please be available and on the look out for emails which sometimes may end up in SPAM.  This is why offering a phone number is just as important.
